Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

Shiploud helps app developers create, schedule and publish social media content. This policy explains what data we process, why, and your rights.

Data we collect

Account: your email address and sign-in records.

Workspace content: app information (including public App Store data), images and screen recordings you upload, posts you create and schedule, personas and recipes.

Connected accounts: access tokens issued by Instagram and TikTok (stored encrypted), username and account id; insights of the posts you publish (views, reach, likes, comments, saves, shares) and follower count.

How we use it

To publish your posts to your connected accounts with your approval or under automation rules you set, to show you their results, and to run the service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

For AI features (text and image generation), the relevant content is sent to the AI provider you choose, only for that request.

Instagram and TikTok data

We use platform permissions only to publish content, track publishing status and show insights of your own posts. You can disconnect an account anytime in Accounts and revoke permissions in the platform's settings; tokens are deleted when you disconnect.

Service providers

Infrastructure: Supabase (database and auth, EU), Vercel (web app and file storage), Railway (background jobs, EU). Publishing: Meta (Instagram) and TikTok APIs. AI: the provider you choose (e.g. Anthropic, Google, OpenAI).

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and workspace data by writing to developer.ardaipek@gmail.com; requests are completed within 30 days. Platform data deletion requests (e.g. Meta) follow the same process.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights to access, correct, delete and port your data via developer.ardaipek@gmail.com.
